  ➼  The Railway Ministry will operate three thousand special trains for the Kumbh Mela Prayagraj 2025. Out of these, 560 trains will run on the ring rail route built in Prayagraj. The Maha Kumbh will be organized in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh from January 13 to February 26 .

रेल मंत्रालय प्रयागराज महाकुंभ मेला 2025 (Kumbh mela Prayagraj 2025) के लिए तीन हजार विशेष रेलगाडि़यों का संचालन करेगा। इनमें से 560 रेलगाडियां प्रयागराज में बनाए रिंग रेल मार्ग पर चलेंगी। महाकुंभ का आयोजन 13 जनवरी से 26 फरवरी तक उत्तर प्रदेश के प्रयागराज में होगा।

  ➼  The Central Board of Direct Taxes-CBDT has extended the deadline for 'Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme' from December 31, 2024 to January 31, 2025. This will give taxpayers additional time to determine the amount due as specified in the scheme.

केंद्रीय प्रत्यक्ष कर बोर्ड-CBDT ने ‘विवाद से विश्वास योजना’ की समय सीमा 31 दिसंबर, 2024 से बढ़ाकर 31 जनवरी, 2025 कर दी है। इससे करदाताओं को योजना में निर्दिष्ट देय राशि निर्धारित करने के लिए अतिरिक्त समय मिलेगा।

  ➼  Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman held the sixth pre-budget consultation meeting with experts and representatives of the health and education sector in the capital New Delhi on Monday, 30 December.

केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने सोमवार 30 दिसंबर को राजधानी नई दिल्‍ली में स्वास्थ्य एवं शिक्षा क्षेत्र के विशेषज्ञों और प्रतिनिधियों के साथ छठे बजट-पूर्व परामर्श बैठक की है।

  ➼  With the aim of expanding security and bilateral relations, the 18th edition of the India-Nepal military exercise 'Suryakiran' has started on Tuesday, 31 December, at Saljhandi in Rupandehi. Let us tell you that the Shri Jung Battalion of the Nepali Army and the 11th Gorkha Rifles of the Indian Army will participate in the two-week long training. The 17th edition of the joint exercise was held in Pithoragarh, India last year.

सुरक्षा और द्विपक्षीय संबंधों के विस्तार के उद्देश्य से भारत-नेपाल सैन्य अभ्यास ‘सूर्यकिरण’ का 18वां संस्करण मंगलवार 31 दिसंबर को रूपनदेही के सलझंडी में शुरू हुआ है। बता दें कि दो सप्ताह तक चलने वाले प्रशिक्षण में नेपाली सेना की श्री जंग बटालियन और भारतीय सेना की 11वीं गोरखा राइफल भाग लेगी। वहीं संयुक्त अभ्यास का 17वां संस्करण पिछले साल भारत के पिथोरागढ़ में आयोजित किया गया था।

  ➼  The National Cadet Corps-NCC Republic Day Camp-2025 began on Monday, December 30 with Sarva Dharma Puja at Cariappa Parade Ground in New Delhi. A total of 2,361 cadets from all 28 states and 8 union territories are participating in the month-long camp.

राष्‍ट्रीय कैडेट कौर-NCC गणतंत्र दिवस शिविर-2025 सोमवार 30 दिसंबर से नई दिल्ली के करिअप्पा परेड ग्राउंड में सर्व धर्म पूजा के साथ शुरू हुआ है। एक महीने तक चलने वाले शिविर में सभी 28 राज्यों और 8 केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के कुल 2,361 कैडेट हिस्सा ले रहे हैं। 

  ➼  The Indian Space Research Organisation-ISRO has successfully launched the Space Docking Experiment (SPADEX) mission on Monday, December 30. ISRO's PSLV-C60 rocket has been launched with two spacecraft from Satish Dhawan Space Center in Sriharikota. 

भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संगठन-ISRO ने सोमवार 30 दिसंबर को स्पेस डॉकिंग एक्सपेरिमेंट (SPADEX) मिशन का सफल प्रक्षेपण किया है। श्रीहरिकोटा के सतीश धवन अंतरिक्ष केंद्र से इसरो के PSLV-सी60 रॉकेट को दो अंतरिक्षयानों के साथ प्रक्षेपित किया गया है। 

  ➼  Chess Grandmaster Ramesh Babu Vaishali has qualified for the knockout stage of the women's category of  the FIDE World Blitz Championship 2024. She is the only Indian player to cross the first hurdle of the competition in both the women's and open categories.
